Please remember to reserve your room in Traction prior to placing a food order. Selecting a room in CaterTrax does not guarantee room availability.
All orders are drop off, pick up or to go orders. We do not have wait staff to serve. Delivery and set up are included in all delivered services and drop-off type requests. Togo service should be indicated on the catering event order. Your order will be delivered at the times indicated on your order.
JCC food orders are available 7 days a week during hours of operation.
Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m.
Friday 6:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m.
Our menu prices are based on current market conditions. We reserve the right to make changes when necessary. Price quotations will be guaranteed 30 days prior to the event.
Disposables including, plastic cutlery, paper plates, paper bowls, plastic & paper cups and napkins are included in food pricing. Upgraded disposables are available. Upgraded disposables can be selected at checkout. They include wrapped cutlery with a linen like napkin, decorative plates, and bowls. Also available are paper table coverings, linen table cloths and napkins. They can be added under additional services.
No order is confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Aladdin. Orders are to be placed in advance. Order fulfillment time is three days prior to the event. If you need an order sooner use the contact us tab to make the request.
Final guarantees for the number of attendants at the event must be received at least 3 business days prior to your function so we can make final arrangements. In the event that, the guarantee is not received within the time requested, food will be prepared based on the initial number of guests anticipated on the event order
All room preparations must be made through traction, this includes the set up. Rooms selected in CaterTrax does not book the room. Staff are responsible for reserving their rooms through traction.
